In watching the Celtic Women's "Songs From The Heart" on television, we felt that this would be music we would appreciate and add to our collection. The music was both soothing and energizing, at the very same time. If you have never heard of the Celtic Woman, this would be an excellent beginning. If you enjoy soft, moving music... then this is the cd for you. Hope that you enjoy it as much as we do.

I was a little disappointed with this CD. There is at least 1 song missing. They are out of order. I loved the songs that were on it.

The songs on this CD are lovely. The singers, the orchestra and the soloists are excellent. The only flaw that I can see is the arrangement of the music. No matter what song or music it was, the same pattern emmerges. The song will start softly, and increase in volumn gradually. The musiccal "Bridge" comes in strongly and finishes in a crescendo and a soft repeat. I would like to see more of a variety shown in different songs with different moods.

This album lives up to the promise of the video that was on PBS this past Christmas. This is a very talented group of musicians, and the recording does not disappoint.
