Fixin To Thrill by Dragonette
just as good as their first album, alternative rock/pop. strong vocals with dance/rock styled music. a little more electro with this album. catchy tunes that make you move. their making it big in Europe, i think Canada should give their the support they need. so get out there and buy this album.

this album is awesome! Fixin' The Thrill, Liar, Easy Pick up the Phone, We Rule the World and You're a Disaster are my favourites... blimey i pretty much just named all the tracks! that's how good this album is! it's great to have a dance to :D

A polished production bursting with an abundance of creativity transforms FIXIN TO THRILL into an extremely addictive CD for all trendy pop fans.
Martina Sorbara delivers flawless vocals that capture the essence and care free spirit of the early to mid 1980s while managing to re-invent and transform this musical format.
Tracks such as BIG SUNGLASSES and YOU'RE A LIAR scream for radio airplay.
If you hunger for something light spirited yet lyrically clever, I strongly suggest for you not to hesitate on purchasing this product.

Dragonette have shown how they have matured and evolved. From the deeply personal and introspective song Easy to the ebullient mashup that is Gone Too Far, Dragonette's new album is something to enjoy. Great work and I hope they finally get the success they deserve.
You won't go wrong buying this album.
